What should you expect out of every Boot Camp class with W.O.W. Fitness?

Boot Camp classes are designed to provide total body workout. These classes will increase your core body strength and balance muscle strength(as well as size)on the left and right sides of your body. A typical class will consist of cardiovascular and low weight, high repetition total body muscle toning workout. Class structure will determine equipment types used. All classes offered by W.O.W. Fitness are for Men and Women, of all ages and fitness levels.

Here is list of some of the basic equipment during the workout classes:

Basic Types Of Equipment

  • Body Bars
  • Hand Weights
  • Resistance Bands & Tubing
  • Hand Targets
  • Agility ladders
  • Jump ropes
  • Cones

Using Park Surroundings In the Workout

  • Benches
  • Curbs
  • Poles
  • Tables
  • Steps

What Do I Need To Bring?

  • Yoga Mat
  • Water or Sports Drink
  • A Workout partner if you like
  • Plenty of Willpower!
