W.O.W. Fitness classes are conveniently held at Addison Circle Park to serve the Far North Dallas, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Frisco, and Plano areas.

This is what W.O.W. Fitness if currently offering during the Spring Session:

Dates: March 26, 2012 through May 23, 2012

This Boot Camp session will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 6:15pm-7:30pm, for 9 weeks.

The investment for the 2 Day Boot Camp Program for 9 weeks of FUN IN FITNESS is only $245 for New Clients!!! After your initial investment W.O.W. Fitness offers discount incentives to participate in future sessions!

If you know prior to the session starting that you will not be able to attend a class, inform W.O.W. Fitness of the dates you will miss and we will Pro-Rate the cost of the session for you!


The only items you will need to bring to Boot Camp class with you is a yoga mat, plenty of water/Gatorade to drink, a towel, hand wraps (for the kickboxing classes), and plenty of willpower! You might also want to bring a friend to help keep you motivated to get to class. Once you are there we will take over on the motivating!

W.O.W. Fitness will supply all of the other equipment that you will need.
