  • Just wanted you to know how much I am appreciating this session. It's kickin my butt, but I'm loving the way I'm feeling--little bulges are emerging that are noticeable maybe just to me, but are nonetheless, rewarding. I hope you know that you are providing an important service, and you do it very well! Even though I am one of the older "campers," I take pride in my appearance and well-being!   • I really like the way you are mixing up the workouts. I know that if there's an exercise I'm having problems with, the next set may be something I'm a little more comfortable with...and there's no issue with getting bored! I really feel like I'm getting a full body workout, and I appreciate your suggestions for adapting the exercises fro different fitness levels.   • I love it, but I hate it. I love the feeling afterwards when we did 100+ pushups, sit-ups, lunges and squats...I hate it when I'm sitting at work thinking about going that evening when I'm not motivated, but it pays off in the end. In the last three years, I have lost weight, toned, and gained more confidence in myself. Thanks, Trisha! You are not only a great person, but a GREAT trainer. -Diane
